Pluralsight Response
3yThank you for sharing your review. We have a values-driven culture and I’m glad you felt that during your time here. I’m also glad to hear that you found the benefits and flexibility to be great. A large portion of our open job requisitions are actually for new roles at Pluralsight so there certainly are opportunities for growth across the business. Our salaries are a key part of our total rewards and the team here is always monitoring and evaluating the competitiveness of our offerings. To your point on Zoom meetings and team building, as a globally-distributed and majority remote/hybrid workforce, connectivity and community are large priorities for us. I would assume these meetings were set with the best intentions, however, our leaders are encouraged to be receptive to feedback and we always encourage team members to voice their opinions on anything that can improve our collective experience. In regards to some of the leaders you encountered playing favorites, we strive to create an equitable workplace and favoritism is counter to our policies. Please reach out if you would like to discuss further. I wish you all the best on your next endeavor - Will
