Pluralsight Response
3yThank you for the review. Like so many other tech companies, economic uncertainty has impacted our business and overall performance. Because of this, we implemented a number of cost-savings measures, including restructuring several parts of our business which necessarily impacted headcount. This is the reality of the tech industry today and we’re not immune. Pluralsight previously paid 100% of healthcare premiums for team members and dependents. We adjusted this benefit in 2022 to be comparable to what many employers offer. Team members with dependents are now responsible for a portion of their coverage premium. However, we still provide an employee only medical plan with $0 employee premiums. To clarify, bonuses were not cut. They have always been based on company and individual performance and were effectively paid out to team members as forecasted. We’re proud to recognize team members for their 2022 performance during a difficult time. While some roles were shifted to our India Technology Center with our December restructure, the majority of impacted roles were not and this was clearly communicated. - Will
