Pros

Great PTO policy but if you’re on most teams, you won’t be able to take advantage of it because the company is laying off employees, outsourcing, and not backfilling any roles, meaning basically all teams are understaffed.

Cons

- Company buys up competitors and then doesn’t give a crap about maintaining the quality of the content. Just wants to monopolize the industry. - Layoffs while the CEO makes over $6M. - Lots of talk about being caring of employees and customers and transparency and then not backing it up with real action. - Consistent lessening of employee benefits.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m glad to hear you appreciated our unlimited PTO policy which includes Recharge Weeks where we shut down the company so everyone can get some R&R. We strive to provide our customers with the best possible services and are constantly evaluating our resources and offerings to meet their needs. In fact, our recent restructure is designed to provide the strongest innovation to our customers in the most timely way, which in turn will enable our teams to work on exciting developments in our product offering. Finally, we work hard to provide a competitive and comprehensive benefits offering (including our unlimited PTO benefit, 401(k) matching, and other benefits like wellness reimbursements) to support our team members around the world. - Will
