Pros

Many brilliant and passionate employees.

Cons

Lack of coherent strategy and poor execution from top-down. The team doesn't feel being empowered nor trusted. Decisions were made behind closed door by executives sometimes with limited consultation to people who are actually doing the work.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I’m sorry that you felt a lack of clarity in our decision making. We value team member input and continuously work toward improving communication and decision-making processes. We’re also committed to fostering a culture of trust and autonomy, as it’s a key part of our employee value proposition. We have grown and evolved over the past several years and you are correct that our culture has evolved as well, and we are no longer a Utah-based startup but rather a globally distributed workforce. We are actively working to retain what makes Pluralsight so special (including the values-driven team members we hire around the world who tell us they truly enjoy working with each other) while also adapting and changing in a way that will continue to make our business successful. - Will
