3yThank you for the review. I’m sorry to hear you had a negative experience at Pluralsight. I understand your concern about the recent reorganizations, however, we believe they were necessary for the success of our business. I know that changes like this can be disruptive however we are committed to finding the best way to remain adaptable and evolve to meet the needs of our industry. Regarding performance management, our Talent Management team is continually refining our performance management processes. I agree that clear performance targets help team members succeed and grow in their careers and will look for ways to add clarity here. To your point about bonuses, like many other companies Pluralsight ties bonus to company and individual performance and we were pleased to pay out bonuses last year. -Will
