Regarding performance management, our Talent Management team is continually refining our performance management processes. I agree that clear performance targets help team members succeed and grow in their careers and will look for ways to add clarity here. To your point about bonuses, like many other companies Pluralsight ties bonus to company and individual performance and we were pleased to pay out bonuses last year. -Will
