Pros

A cloud guru was amazing before Pluralsight brought them, suddenly became the worst company I have worked for in my career. They didn’t know what Ramadan was, sickening what they did as I was a high performer. I just walked away.

Cons

Really bad culture Not very considerate Not inclusive Manager was stale and jealous I guess he still lives at home with mummy

Thank you for the review. I’m sorry to hear you had a negative experience working at Pluralsight. I appreciate your input and would like to address some of the concerns you raised in your review. Firstly, I can assure you that as a company we are fully committed to recognizing the significance of Ramadan and know it is a time of hope and reflection for our Muslim team members. During this time, team members are encouraged to speak to their leader about accommodations they may need. As a whole, we respect and value the diversity of our team members and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels supported and psychologically safe. If this wasn’t the case for you during your time with PS, I apologize. To your note about management being bullies, we have a zero tolerance policy for this type of behavior. If any team member is experiencing this treatment we encourage you to report it to your People Business Partner so it can be addressed. Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your contributions to Pluralsight. -Will

Pros

Overall, people were fun but not many other positives in the old culture.

Cons

People thought the culture was an amazing thing but in reality, it was more a "fun" culture than an accountable and business centric culture under prior leadership. The company remained in start-up thinking for too long and not long-term business. If the old leadership is reviewed, we can see the stock price issue, layoffs at a time when the leaders were well compensated, poorly managed PE, but former employees will say the culture was fine. It was a fun business but not a business where accountability was the strongest thing.
