Good insurance, 401k, perks in the package but nothing makes up for bad pay
Cons
Politics and tenure decide what decisions are made. Massive layoffs have killed morale, in addition to their being no way to receive a pay increase in 2023. Most employees are bitter and overworked with lack of recognition. It's been an exodus for more than a year now.
