Pros
There are still a few people who care and try to make things better. Unlimited vacation and recharge weeks are a plus, but then you come back to the same old place. Seeing a little progress with new “product mgmt”, which is refreshing.
Cons
There are still a few people who care and try to make things better. The leadership of this company is almost completely Vista chronies now. The systems and processes to close a deal are ridiculous.
