Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m pleased to hear that you appreciate our benefit offerings and have found opportunities for career advancement. We strive to make Pluralsight a place where team members can learn, upskill and take their careers to new heights. While team building and connection are important to us, creating a positive, fair and inclusive work environment is more important. We’re one team at Pluralsight and we don’t go for actions that divide or exclude others. All team members should be considered equally for time off, however, PTO requests must be balanced with the needs of the team and company. Utilizing this benefit is based upon your leader’s discretion but it is important that leaders are fair with granting PTO and that they avoid bias. We take your feedback about this seriously and I’ll ensure our leaders do as well. If any of our current team members are experiencing something similar, I encourage you to reach out to your People Business Partner about your concerns. Best, Will Clive Chief People Officer
