Pros

None now. Jobs all went to India.

Cons

Forced to set goals with promise of higher pay. When goals were met and exceeded, promotion of pay never came, but jobs got outsourced to India. No bonuses, no raises in nine years.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I hear your frustration and would like to provide some clarification. Firstly, regarding bonuses, I want to emphasize that they are contingent on overall company performance and also individual performance. This is common practice among many organizations. We did fund our Bonus program last year, and we are on track to do the same this year (to further clarify, we have also funded both bonus and merit programs in most of the last nine years). In 2023 we also ran two promotion cycles where leaders were asked to submit team members for promotion consideration. Regarding your comment about jobs moving to India, we would like to clarify that this is not entirely accurate. While we have expanded operations to our India location to enhance our global presence, the majority of our workforce remains in the U.S. We have indeed shifted some roles to India, but we are actively hiring in both locations, demonstrating our commitment to maintaining a diversified workforce.
