Pros

Good people, especially in EMEA region Some great perks eg annual revenue kick off in the US Product is effective for a lot of customers High growth environment - you learn a lot very quickly

Cons

Asked to do more in this role with fewer resources to help us Constantly changing direction from leadership - have now pivoted to AI as 'next big thing' but not convinced this will have an effect Product timelines constantly slip Low morale across the business generally due to a number of layoffs Pay is getting less competitive by the year due to lack of annual adjustment Account team strategy doesn't put customers first

Thank you for the review. I hear your concerns and acknowledge that the past two years have been full of change. During this time, we’ve also experienced new challenges, including some of the ones you’ve listed. I’m confident that with our new strategy and leadership from our new CEO, Chris Walters, we’ll start to see improvements across the board.
