Pros

Good work/life balance. Manager does a good job amongst the turmoil. The company is well rounded and diverse on employees.

Cons

No pay increase in years. Benefits have gotten more and more expensive. Company direction and focus changes on a regular basis, along with layoffs big and small.

Thank you for your review. I understand your concerns and acknowledge that in the past there has been a lot of change and shift in focus. We’re more confident than ever that we have a clear focus on aligning our organization toward a future-proof strategy. We also rolled out our new culture pillars at that time and one of those pillars is ‘Aligned and focused’. These efforts paired with our new KPIs will keep us on track and working toward common goals. Regarding compensation, we have taken steps to address these concerns. We recently completed a merit increase cycle in June and have conducted three promotion cycles in the past 1.5 years. Additionally, we have allocated a portion of bonuses to recognize outstanding contributions. Thank you for your continued commitment to Pluralsight. Will Clive Chief People Officer
