Pros

I loved the people I worked with there. Truly some of the best of my career. And the problem space is really interesting.

Cons

Bad financial decisions made by previous leadership have made Pluralsight's future precarious. Teams are underfunded/understaffed and competitors have been able to take marketshare. The continued expansion of AI and outsourcing to India also make job security much less certain.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I agree that the people at Pluralsight are some of the best and it’s what our team members tend to love most about working here. The past 1.5 years have brought a lot of challenges for Pluralsight and have created a tough environment for our team members. With these challenges, we’ve grown and learned a lot and believe our leaders are committed to steering us toward a brighter future. I wanted to clarify your point on outsourcing to India. While a small percentage of roles have transitioned to our India Technology Center, we continue to hire more positions in the U.S. than anywhere else. Will Clive Chief People Officer
