Thank you for sharing your feedback. I want to clarify that our CEO is not pushing for a mandatory return to office for team members. Instead, he is focusing on facilitating in-person connections where it’s beneficial. He’s done this by introducing new travel guidelines to facilitate regular, in-person meetings for leaders and those close to the office. The majority of our workforce continues to work remotely and has the opportunity to travel for on-sites with their teams. Additionally, I hear you and acknowledge your point about culture. This is a huge focus for my team and one of our goals for the year. At our June town hall, we launched new culture pillars aimed at fostering a healthier and more connected work environment.
