Pros

Freedom was key to why I stuck around so long. Handful of amazing people in my time there are now long term friends.

Cons

- Every manager that I had (5) did not know where to even begin and was just looking for their next gig inside the company. Did not care about the employee at all and only wanted a number hit - 13 executives left/pushed out and 7 layoffs in 2+ years - Not a lot of solid guidance and trust in management - Let competition of an incredibly inferior product wipe the floor with them (Udemy) = zero confidence in what Pluralsight was built on - The main differentiator frankly put was not used by the end user (Skill IQ)

Thank you for your feedback. I understand your concerns and frustrations. The past few years have been challenging, with many executive changes and restructures, leading to a lack of stability and clear guidance. To address this, we’ve introduced several new members on our leadership team. Over the past few months, our focus has been on implementing a clear and consistent strategy that leverages our strengths, expands our business, and meets our customers' needs. We appreciate your advice about maintaining a steady course. Our leadership is committed to providing clear direction and avoiding constant pivots. Recently, we launched new culture pillars, including one called Aligned & Focused, designed to help us stay on track. We’re working hard to ensure a prosperous path forward.
