Thank you for the review. I’m sorry to hear your experience at Pluralsight ended on a bad note. I agree that the people here are amazing and it’s something we continue to hear from team members on internal surveys. I understand your concerns about the impact of layoffs on our culture. While we’ve had to make some tough decisions, our focus was not solely on cutting costs. Instead, we were committed to creating a healthy business that operates efficiently and delivers meaningful impact. Currently, we’re hyper focused on investing in the areas of our business that we believe will help us find success. Our leadership team is dedicated to strengthening our culture and aligning our strategy with long-term goals. We’re working hard to ensure that our efforts lead to a more positive and engaging environment for our team members. I’m not sure what you’re specifically referencing in your feedback about team members not benefiting from company success like they used to. However, our bonus funding has always been tied to the performance of the company and we’ve consistently paid out a portion of bonuses over the past few years that were in line with our success.
