1. Work-life balance 2. Unlimited PTO 3. Summer Fridays 4. Great Teck stack 5. Good perks

Cons

1. Layoffs - This is one of the biggest cons in PS. If ELT can manage this with good profits to investors that would be great. 2. Indian Leadership needs some energetic persons 3. Salary hikes are very less (of course this might be due to low financial growth) 4. Lack of process and people are afraid to take ownership and accountability
