Pros

- Some strong teams still remaining - A lot of good people, still great culture in some departments

Cons

- company is dealing with a lot of uncertainty and financial struggle currently. The future is dubious and I'd be hesitant to join right now without fear of being laid off in 3-6 months. - some orgs have been greatly reduced or entirely eliminated without backfills, making some systems go completely defunct and project difficult to complete
