Pros

Remote first employment. Challenging Work. Great team members. Had nice perks

Cons

Bad Executive Team. The first sign of trouble and they abandoned all their CORE values. The culture went from a positive, can-do culture to all the key people who defined the culture left.

Thank you for your feedback. We’ve had a challenging past couple of years which has unfortunately had a negative impact on our culture. Although we’ve experienced turnover in our executive team, our commitment to a positive culture and a compelling Employment Value Proposition for our team members remains strong.. Based on insights from team members globally, we launched four new Culture Pillars in June, which are designed to help us move forward as a stronger, more united organization. Our leadership team is hyper-focused on strengthening our culture, and we’re working on several initiatives to implement these pillars from the top down and to improve our culture overall. This is a key part of our overarching strategy, and we are committed to putting our people first as we execute this plan. We appreciate your perspective and are confident that these efforts will lead to a positive shift in the months to come. Amber Van Horn Interim Chief People Officer
