It sounds like our benefits did not meet your expectations. Our Total Rewards team is constantly evaluating our benefits to ensure they are competitive in the market.
Regarding promotions and merit increases, we recently completed a merit and promotion cycle in June and are currently working through our second promotion cycle of the year. Merit increases are based on performance and market standards, while promotions depend on both performance and business needs.
Additionally, thank you for your feedback on having our team members use our product. We’re excited about our new strategic initiative called “Be Our Best Customer,” which aims to empower team members to upskill with our products. We believe this initiative will enhance internal engagement with our tools and strengthen our culture of continuous learning.
