1yThank you for taking the time to share your candid feedback. I recognize the past few years have been challenging for both the company and our team members and I understand your frustration. We still have a lot of work to do to improve our culture but it’s something me and the rest of the leadership team are committed to. Our recent employee engagement survey showed a 10-point increase to our eNPS since last quarter–a strong signal that we are heading in the right direction. Hearing that you’re experiencing a toxic and cliquey culture is disheartening and not something we stand for.
