Pros

Unlimited PTOs (might vanish soon)

Cons

When I joined the organization, it was an exceptional workplace — offering strong employee benefits, meaningful development work, and a positive work environment and culture. Unfortunately, over time, these qualities have significantly declined. The work has shifted almost entirely to maintenance, with virtually no opportunities for innovation or development. To make matters worse, the re-engineering of the main platform has been outsourced to a third-party vendor, raising serious concerns about long-term technical ownership. Many engineering managers lack technical expertise and primarily function as people managers. A number of them come from service-based backgrounds, bringing with them a mindset and culture that feels misaligned with product-driven organizations. Pluralsight is no longer the employee-centric company it once was. Poor leadership decisions are common, and accountability is often deflected, with leaders frequently seeking scapegoats instead of owning their missteps.
