Pros
Hybrid work arrangement, decent benefits, focus on community involvement, good diversity and inclusion programs, EAP and HR support (sadly this is needed due to the toxic environment).
Cons
Incompetent managers, siloed departments, monolithic IT infrastructure and business processes, lack of clear direction from leadership, frequent reorganization announcements and reductions in force.
