Everyday topics/discussions are interesting. Room for growth if you are on the right team.
Cons
Many key benefits were removed during the merger. Toxic gossip is a common occurrence. The burnout is widespread and unrelenting. A lot of good people have left because they don't have the energy to deal with the post-merger culture and post-pandemic in-office expectations (they say you should be there X number of days a week but then no one shows up). Employee communications often feel disingenuous when so much of the day-to-day is an uphill battle.
