Cons
The executive leadership team is so full of egos from the Head of HR to the CEO. Instead of being interested in how to build commitment, teams and capability, they focus on numbers and dollars. Everyone is trying to outdo everyone else. This is not the way to engage people. Many talented people have left because the new leadership team talks a good game but cannot or won't actually walk it.
