Pros
Great benefits. Good and fair pay. Nice artwork. The office and bathrooms are cleaned almost hourly. I believe the air is filtered through 25 HEPA filters, and then once more through diamond dust before entering the trading floor area, as a breath of heavenly angel air.
Cons
Difficult personalities to deal with. No opportunity for advancement. The main focus is money (obviously) but took steps of cost-cutting way too far. Who wants to work for a hedge fund who's drastically cutting costs - costs that affect the livelihood of its employees in a material way, such as decreasing healthcare benefits and increasing prices in the cafeteria.
