I saw firsthand the efforts of management to create an environment where safety, quality, and community was in the forefront of all their decision making. Several times, I was blown away by the kindness of management to act solely out of the goodness of their hearts. It is more than a business, Pokrajac Corporation cares about the future of the communities they operate in. It was exciting to feel that I was a part of something larger than myself. Simple tasks didn't seem mundane when the mission of the company was very clear.

Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to stay on task. You have to be able to manage your time and communicate clearly with management. This is a very energetic company operating in 3 states.

- does not follow state or federal regulations - does not communicate with Adminstrative employees - have no clue how to run and office - cannot give feedback on issues without being fired - family dyanamic cause issues with the company's success - still manage from the 1950s principles - no holiday pay for their non-exempt employees - can accure vacation just not allow to use it, etc.
