The benefits of the county are amazing. You encounter a few good people within the organization. There is a wonderful opportunity to learn and grow, if allowed or "chosen".

The previous director at Waste and Recycling was the picture-perfect idea of the Gestapo. That division could only be described as a socialist community. Unfortunately, since this division brings in steady revenue it was left to run as the director chose. The former director pounced on anything that posed a potential threat. Making this a very unstable and hostile environment. I hope the new director works in a different manner.
