Pros
weekly pay and benefits. Nothing else positive to say about this company DM's do not even know their job!!! So much turn over, can not train managers correctly so they all quit. The training stores are short staffed so they train managers in a position instead of the manager role. Good job Susan and Lisa
Cons
This company does not care about they people. They are expanding all over the place in Texas, but can not stay staffed with team or managers. They are so short they have to borrow managers from Florida to support your restaurant. Which direction will your staff go, how will you make results with a different manager in and out every week? Get ready to work 6 days a week with no time for life.
