Pros
Love the people, love the food, the opportunities with this company are endless if you work hard, take care of your people because they are your family. I always remember what I can learned on my first day of training in Florida, "Corazon" . I practice it to this day and it has made me successful thus far.
Cons
Some DM'S need to learn their job, learn to listen to your operators that work everyday with the people. Spend more time in stores developing your leaders, not berating them. Sarcasm is for family and friends, not the workplace.
