Pros

The primary pro is the current people who work there are great. A true team of great people who make everything worth it.

Cons

The company hired new management who are 1k miles away and do not know nor care about you as an individual because they don't know you. they are contracting work out to companies who their friends own. the focus has shifted from great people making great products to, only money matters. financial gain at all costs even if it means taking it from the employees.

Pros

The pay was decent for a customer service job

Cons

This is a very stressful job where you are handling customer complaints all day long. Management is too busy micromanaging what you are doing to actually care about you as an employee. You get graded on your conversations and have to tell the team when you are using the restroom! This company only cares about their profits, nothing about their employees! They would rather pay people less per hour than bring back the employees who are already trained so don't think you're gonna have work come next season!
