Pay was good not anymore

Cons

Manage doesn’t listen they get rid of anyone that wants the company to succeed and keeps people who don’t have a voice they use lay off to get rid of people they can’t just fire cause they only thing they do wrong is speak up they have fake promises and lies don’t care about the employees at all

The pay was decent for a customer service job

Cons

This is a very stressful job where you are handling customer complaints all day long. Management is too busy micromanaging what you are doing to actually care about you as an employee. You get graded on your conversations and have to tell the team when you are using the restroom! This company only cares about their profits, nothing about their employees! They would rather pay people less per hour than bring back the employees who are already trained so don't think you're gonna have work come next season!
