Pros

Pay is good with some decent benefits. Plus weekends off with only occasional overtime during the summer

Cons

Upper management doesn't care. I went through four supervisors there and only one actually worked with production employees on stuff.They say they won't do layoffs. But then hit you with them the moment things get slower. They preach quality but then push for insane numbers on a daily basis. And will write you up if you're not hitting them

Pros

The pay was decent for a customer service job

Cons

This is a very stressful job where you are handling customer complaints all day long. Management is too busy micromanaging what you are doing to actually care about you as an employee. You get graded on your conversations and have to tell the team when you are using the restroom! This company only cares about their profits, nothing about their employees! They would rather pay people less per hour than bring back the employees who are already trained so don't think you're gonna have work come next season!
