Pros

Rapidly changing environment which can be fun if you get bored doing the same thing over and over. Flexible work schedule for the office, fantastic coworkers, and always learning new skills

Cons

Growth has been fast and can be challenging and stressful, however, as the company has grown some upper management decisions are becoming more questionable. Norms are seemingly disapproved of, which is not great in a larger company. Could use some leaders with some more varied experience. The culture a few years ago, pre-2020, was fantastic. However, that seems to be suffering as the focus is more on the bottom line and the profits rather than employee engagement or well-being. Also, there doesn't appear to be a lot of upper management opportunities unless you're a part of the "boy's club".

Pros

The pay was decent for a customer service job

Cons

This is a very stressful job where you are handling customer complaints all day long. Management is too busy micromanaging what you are doing to actually care about you as an employee. You get graded on your conversations and have to tell the team when you are using the restroom! This company only cares about their profits, nothing about their employees! They would rather pay people less per hour than bring back the employees who are already trained so don't think you're gonna have work come next season!
