Pros

Hybrid Schedule Allows WFH when sick 401k match is good.

Cons

The list is long. Hybrid schedule is up in the air. Corporate extends the hybrid schedule for six months and let's employees know a week before if another six month extension is approved. This is not conducive for families with children. No training program. Fly by the seat of your pants. Some employees still in training after a year. Employees are expected to train. Trainees have been seen on the floor playing games on their phones, sewing sweaters, and falling asleep at their desks (this is not an exaggeration). No bonuses this year and employees were not notified until after bonuses would have been paid out. Some managers are seen talking and bothering employees for hours on end distracting other employees. These managers or team leads are also the first to complain about their obscene workloads. No room for advancement. Some employees are overworked while others watch Netflix on their phones or tablets. No metrics for employee performance or reviews.

Pros

For customer service it is heavily Email based communication which is amazing in todays world. No one likes to constantly be on the phone, The managers in customer service do try to help with your home life flexibility, They allow you to flex your work hours for personal appointments and emergencies. Average salary for the area but it could be better after losing OT do to the current state of the markets, Good benefits, my mother works in healthcare and have seen some terrible insurances and told me Polynt has one of the better ones. Dental could be better but good luck finding that anywhere. Friendly coworkers and very passionate individuals,

Cons

Company is Italian owned so there is a disconnect with the American work base culture at a very high level. They don't do performance based pay increases it is based on how the company has done then its a company wide cost of living adjustment. So if you are working hard and your coworker is a slacker you both get the same increase which isn't fair. There is also a hybrid for office personnel (their jobs can be done 100% remote) that the company only extends every 6 months.. Doesn't make sense when this can save company cost and boost morale for office workers. In Customer service there are no levels your just a CSR so there is no chance for growth in this department unless you move out of it but i would guess the other roles are more lateral.
