None that I can think of.

Cons

How there are positive reviews of Pomeroy? They have to be fraudulent. This place was not good to work for at all. Very low pay for the work done. No job tools provided by the company. There 8 years. Trash. Management is clueless. Using own vehicles for driving all over the place. Minimal mileage reimbursement. No 401k match. Benefits were nothing special. No annual reviews and very rarely are there pay increases. No upward mobility. This place destroys tech careers. I was in the middle of my work shift. Gotta call from my manager that I was not longer employed there. I was able very good tech. The customer loved me. But now that I have moved on to MUCH greener pastures, it was a blessing in disguise. There are way better I.T. Jobs out there, where companies take much better care of their employees. This places does not care about their people. DO NOT WORK HERE.

There are no pros to list

Cons

pay is far below the national average. the company does not do raises for merit or cost of living. employees are constantly pressured to do things that are not their job and take on extra work without extra pay. training documents are missing or incomplete at best. management is inconsistent with its adherence to policy and procedure. benefits are the very barest of minimums. there is a high turnover rate because of the lack of support and respect for employees.
