Experience, but that is not always used a factor for cross department hiring or for retention of loyal employees
Cons
Management often is hired from outside the company in order to lowball salaries. Hourly employees are often running projects, temp staffing and will make a negligible amount more than the temp staff. Tech levels are not granted with any consistency despite departmental guidelines.......and much more. Expecially in the logistic center- Configuration department. Horribly vague and elusive Manager
