Pros

Only Salary on time and WFH.

Cons

1. Horrible and a toxic work environment. 2. No team was alloted just 1 work in my team and asked to support 4 other teams i.e reporting to other manager and working for others. 3. Horrible, Abusive, Pathetic, Indecent and Immroal leadership especially India SVP and MD and India HR Director. They think they are big shots and Head of top notch companies like Google Microsoft Open AI.Instead of supporting, they shift the blame on us for whatever reason possible. 3. No job security just termination on the spot without any reason. 4. Horrible US Managers. No communication made and without any reason probation gets extended. 5.Bad co workers and colleagues. No assistance provided even in during work. 6. Always made to listen nonsense of the superiors without any reason and no retaining policy even while putting up papers.

Pros

Pomeroy has proven a place to develop a career for those who are ambitious, value autonomy, and take initiative to make a difference.

Cons

Pomeroy is a fast paced environment and moves quickly - some may find this decisiveness and desire for change not for them.

Cons

pay is far below the national average. the company does not do raises for merit or cost of living. employees are constantly pressured to do things that are not their job and take on extra work without extra pay. training documents are missing or incomplete at best. management is inconsistent with its adherence to policy and procedure. benefits are the very barest of minimums. there is a high turnover rate because of the lack of support and respect for employees.
