Pros

Nothing what so ever, use to have pros until investment came along they put everything in chaos.

Cons

Management all over the place along with the HR department. Management has no and I mean NO knowledge on equipment. Management all over the place, try to get in touch with management always getting a response, call you right back, that never happens. Our contract is just about done. I guess they can't handle it. Plus if you think about investment company is here only to buy and sell. Our account is probably going to be sub contracted out under Pomeroy. If you do that you guys you will be in trouble That is called union busting. I have a shop owner who will call me up when I am gone to tell me who comes in after the contract is done. if that is the case and pomeroy has it again I will find out legal actions to take. If we are not done at the end of Jan. be prepared no vans will roll. They will stay grounded put some where else for you guys to pick up. So don't mess with me because if you do be prepared to get rocked when you come to my house to pick up the van. You won't like me and I will put the fear of god in you.

Pros

Pomeroy has proven a place to develop a career for those who are ambitious, value autonomy, and take initiative to make a difference.

Cons

Pomeroy is a fast paced environment and moves quickly - some may find this decisiveness and desire for change not for them.

Pros

There are no pros to list

Cons

pay is far below the national average. the company does not do raises for merit or cost of living. employees are constantly pressured to do things that are not their job and take on extra work without extra pay. training documents are missing or incomplete at best. management is inconsistent with its adherence to policy and procedure. benefits are the very barest of minimums. there is a high turnover rate because of the lack of support and respect for employees.
