Great company if you want to get some experience under your belt.

I was told long ago that this company was a stepping stone, to which I completely agree after spending 5 years working for this company. While employed with them, I worked as a contractor at a very high profile company in the Cincinnati area. During that time, I took two cuts in pay just to keep my job. Raises are barely worth mentioning as you typically received a 10-25 cents on the hour per year. Again, barely worth mentioning. I'll give the same advice that was given to me so many years ago. Use these guys as a stepping stone. Put your head down, work your butt off and get your time in on paper before looking for a more respectful company.
