Pros
First of all, its wages are thoroughly competitive - entry level started at 15/hour, and there were prospects for advancement. The work environment at Hebron was unremarkable but comfortable, management does its job well and the technical tools of the trade were thoroughly acceptable.
Cons
First and foremost, the training leaves a great deal to be desired. My job was to supervise technicians all over the country, installing Linux-based point-of-sale systems in mall stores. I had exactly 45 minutes of training. If I hadn't had previous experience in OS installation and management, neither a criterion of my hiring, I would have been worse than useless, and frankly my first few weeks I wasn't a lot better. Additionally, the organizational structure is less than transparent - it'll be a while before you figure out who's supposed to be telling you to do what, and who to go to with a problem.
