Pros
*Some nice people work there, but usually on their way someone else *Commute was not bad - Hebron is not on the way to anywhere, so very little traffic either way *Changes since the equity firm bought them has been nice - more profitable, so the company isn't completely run by the exec team - they do have goals to meet so it's fun to watch them be held to a standard they are not used to *Building is large enough and execs are separated, so you can pretty much come and go as you want without any repercussions - and many people do!
Cons
*Exec team are pretentious and what you'd expect from an old boy network *Turnover is high because job satisfaction is so low *Offices are old/gross, except the Exec area - some of them don't even share bathrooms with the proletariat! *Very big split between the haves and have-nots (execs and everyone else)
