Sr Management/Leadership: I could go on and on here. Service towers are not provided the support or direction they need. When the "hard conversations" have to happen as a result the ultimate expendability of low-to-mid level employees becomes apparent. Constant shuffling of the ownership deck making it impossible to tell who's holding the reins, only consistency comes from middle management doing their best. Complete lack of communication to the point that I averaged less than a conversation per month with my boss over the last year of my employment with the company. This has not been fixed by the return of the old Pomeroy C-Suite nor do I expect it to be.
Advancement/Raises: If you don't have a manager/director in your corner fighting for you, forget about it, and even then, good luck. In my nearly 6 years with the company I never got an actual raise and the only handful of raises I was ever able to secure for my employees were fought for tooth and nail.
Clients Leaving: I would say that risking your career on working for Pomeroy at this juncture isn't worth it purely due to the uncertain nature of the company's future. The pandemic has not helped matters.
