Pros

i like the job at my first location and the employees that trained me was great but pomeroy let him go after pay negotiation were not met, he moved on just like i have, second location i was hired to work at was a nightmare,

Cons

SOP none that was worth reading, miscommunication, no clarity about job and what was expected pomeroy will with hold or not tell you how much information your going to need to know about your job, just hirer noc tech. I was rehired at a new location downtown had to pay for parking lame, disrespectful, very dismissive, unprofessional employees , flash drive was stolen off of my desk at work, and management would not address it .

Pros

Pomeroy has proven a place to develop a career for those who are ambitious, value autonomy, and take initiative to make a difference.

Cons

Pomeroy is a fast paced environment and moves quickly - some may find this decisiveness and desire for change not for them.

Pros

The people are truly the best part of working at Pomeroy. I had the opportunity to work with some amazing coworkers and leaders who genuinely care about one another. The work-life balance is also a real positive, especially compared to many companies in the industry. It’s also telling that many employees have long tenure, and it’s not uncommon to see people leave and eventually come back, which says a lot about the culture and the relationships people build there.

Cons

One of the biggest frustrations is that there have been a lot of promises made over the years that never seem to materialize. A 401(k) company match has been discussed for well over four years, but it still hasn’t been implemented. Leadership has also communicated plans for company-wide merit increases, yet there hasn’t been an across-the-board increase since 2023.
