Sorry to hear about your health issue and glad to see you are doing better. Pomeroy has a No Call/No Show Policy as described in the Employee Handbook. "Not reporting to work and not providing proper notification of the absence is considered a “no-call/no-show” and will result in immediate disciplinary action up to and including termination. Any ‘no-call/no-show’ lasting three (3) consecutive days is considered ‘job abandonment’ and may result in immediate termination of employment." If you believe this policy was not followed, or you were unconscious for 3 days, please feel free to reach out to a Pomeroy HR Generalist at 859-657-2166 if you would like to discuss further.

Pros

There are no pros to list

Cons

pay is far below the national average. the company does not do raises for merit or cost of living. employees are constantly pressured to do things that are not their job and take on extra work without extra pay. training documents are missing or incomplete at best. management is inconsistent with its adherence to policy and procedure. benefits are the very barest of minimums. there is a high turnover rate because of the lack of support and respect for employees.
