Pros

The best reason to work for a company depends on its unique strengths and values. Career Growth & Leadership Opportunities – A chance to lead a high-impact team and grow into higher leadership roles. Cutting-Edge Technology – Work with the latest network infrastructure, automation, and security tools. Mission-Critical Impact – Be at the heart of keeping networks secure, efficient, and operational 24/7. Collaborative & Innovative Culture – A work environment that values new ideas, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Competitive Compensation & Benefits – Strong salary, perks, and work-life balance. Stability & Job Security – A company with a strong reputation and long-term vision.

Cons

Every company has challenges, but framing them positively shows transparency and growth potential. "Fast-Paced Environment" – Things move quickly, but it’s a great place for those who thrive on challenges and innovation. "High Expectations for Performance" – We set ambitious goals, but that means you’ll always be learning and growing. "24/7 Operations" – Our work is critical, and sometimes it requires extra effort, but you’ll be part of a team that truly makes a difference. "Evolving Processes" – As we grow, we’re constantly improving our systems, which means your ideas and input will have a real impact.

Cons

pay is far below the national average. the company does not do raises for merit or cost of living. employees are constantly pressured to do things that are not their job and take on extra work without extra pay. training documents are missing or incomplete at best. management is inconsistent with its adherence to policy and procedure. benefits are the very barest of minimums. there is a high turnover rate because of the lack of support and respect for employees.
