This company does not value their workers as they repeatedly threatens to fire staff. It took 3 days for them to correct the glitches to allow me to accept jobs. My 2nd order I received 4 over stuffed 55 gallon bag that smelled, and had several underwear with chunks of feces. I received no helpful guidance and had to was items or return without pay. I'm at my 4th job and the client's family removed the bags from pickup. I was told that they would be put back at 1pm. Following the instructions to get customer service assistance, I was instructed to place a penalty fee on the customer but....if the customer dispute this fee I will be penalized by the company. So now I have to take off my full-time job to pick up this order. I spent $200 to purchase items this job requires the staff to have. Once I am financially whole I will quit. And warn others of the unsafe, unethical practices of this company.
