Until you establish yourself with many points you don’t get the best job locations. Customers sometimes don’t rate or tip you, so you can end up getting paid $15 to do someone’s laundry (once you include cost of gas, supplies, time spent it’s not worth it). Customers can lower your rating which lowers your point balance and reduces the jobs you have access to (i.e. you get crappier jobs).
