Pros
There are some pros to working for SudShare. One is that you can pick when you want to work. Another is you can choose which order to accept. Lastly, you do not have to report to a manager or supervisor. You don’t have to ask for permission to use the restroom while at work.
Cons
There are quite a few cons to working for SudShare. To begin with the pay is not good. It does not compensate for buying the detergents, bags, labels, and the gas being used to drive to go back and forth to do laundry and deliver. Also, there are not a lot of jobs to accept especially the ones that are closer to you. You always have to drive more than 15 miles to a job sometimes even 25 or 35. Lastly, the point system does not mean anything if you don’t meet the rating which means you won’t get ranked up allowing you to accept more than 1 order. Your rating can get messed up by how the app see your messaging and deliver/pick up times which really throws off everything because you can have an agreement with the client, and still the app will give you low scores on those 2 categories which effects your rating forcing you to stay at the same rank even if you far passed the ranking points required.
