Pros
Excellent experience with training and from everyone I’ve dealt with for these first few weeks I’ve been working as a Sudster. I’ve found the training and app steps insightful, responsive, upbeat and professional. Thumbs up all around!!!
Cons
Unfortunately I’ve experienced orders that are reported as a few number of bags, only to find out at pickup that it’s a much larger order than expected. I also find the compensation doesn’t always match the amount of travel, time and effort required to fulfill an order.
